Nepal has a very weak embessy. Coz of the political turmoil, it has been almost two years there is no full time ambassador and charge de affairs has so many limitations regarding decisions.

I have been seeing that salary of Nepali and in some cases srilankan workers has been decreasing over the years.

Because of the Maoist problem for last 10 years almost all the industries and the means of employment are closed. The only option for people there is to go for foreign employment.

This is one part of the coin.

On the other part, when there are repeated smae natured complaints, why dont qatar government interfere and make independent inquiries so as to solve the problem permanently. Afterall it is the qatar government who gives lisence to the companies and also grants them with authority to hire workers from other countries. So it should check and control whats going on.

But its again a repeated same old story about low earning workers not only from Nepal but from all other countries, who pay heavy amount to come here, end up with so many problems and the gulf states are using them to built themselves. They are treating them as objects and not human beings.

Nepalese are generally good people very hospitable. Just go to Nepal and see it for yourself but th insurgency raging in Nepal they are migrating in search for a livelihood. Most of them end up in Middle East without any knowledge of their basic rights.

So when someone is not aware of his/her rights this opens up a pandoras box for their abuse. So most of the nepalese you see in Qatar have been so heavily abused, denied of their rights, deprived of basic amenities to live that they have now accepted slavery under the pretext of working. They have been trained to obey orders and never ask questions

The FFFFF Government isn;t doing anything for them. And the King should be put under trial for living a lavish life and whereas his people don;t even have the basic necessities of life.

He who accepts abuse without any resistance is the biggest culprit.

Government must be control the companies . He must be able to find out the truth. What had happened ? Who will proved the insurance, Qatar government? Who will provide the monthly salaries,Nepali Government ? Absolutely, the company who take workers from different nationalities he must be able to do as per agreement. If not Qatar government Must be punish that type of company example Hyundai and other companies. Government must be put this type of companies as a black list. And Don't give him to take any more workers from other country. For Example If one worker get mistake he will be banned for 2 years,If company did a mistake No action against him ? who is the wrong ? company or 701 Nepalese ?

"The history of looser" /i haven't read yet.Did you ? So i Request to every body 1 Nepali can do the mistake but 701 can not in once time in same company.

We know that Nepali Embassy wont come to make release to the 701 jailed unlucky Nepalese .Hi will see only .Only he can organized the meeting. What can they do more than that ? Why should they stay here ?

If They cant do something for Nepalese in this country. They can Return back in own country. Why should Nepali government pay them a salaries in Riyal.

Poor Nepalis... they are such lovely people.

Their government is as much to blame for them being forced to seek work outside the country. This beautiful nation deserves so much better than this.
