Canadian coming to join

Hi, I am a Canadian Citizen coming to Qatar on visit visa next week to join there in a construction company. I did my Bsc Civil Engineering from India. Can any one suggest what I need for resident visa there. Is Canadian Driving License helpful to get local driving license?

Your company will sort out all the visa requirments! You can apply for a driving licence here but you can also drive on a international one for six months
