car accident

I was in a bad car accident and it really freaked me out. I was at a complete stop- and a driver was just out of his mind and didn't see me. boom he just crashed into me- luckily I didn't hit the car in front of me.

The other driver's car was totaled- mine thank god was not, but boy is my neck and back sore. You know what the other driver said? "Why were you stopped?????" This guy got mad at me-Like it was my fault there was traffic he was yelling and angry. Then my bodyguards got out of the car and he was so polite. Don't want to know what would have happened had I been alone.

Just want to vent, and plus I really don't want to get in another car for awhile.

Please everyone drive carefully and be aware of others on the road!

"Nationality doesn't matter. A bad driver is a bad driver!!

Good Call Jass..

But people want to know about the Nationality, because of the Attitude he showed and certainly not because of his driving which was established already!

Who can be so daring in Qatar????

Was in a car accident before I PM'd you! Went home rested and then came on QL (what else to do?)

Should have worded better- don't still have to be woken up- I took the longest nap, I really needed it!

Glad that you are ok.....I guess you must still be in shock (and what with having to be woken up every couple of hours.....oh by the way that is only supposed to be for the first 12 hours following said accident)......

Take care.....I'm sure you'll be upto driving again soon.

Glad that you are OK.

Thumbs-Up for deciding not to blame it on any nationality.

Allow me to write a joke by an Egyptian driver in my company on fellow Egyptians. Don’t want to hurt sentiments of Egyptian friends so I’ll change it to my own nationality, Indian.

A tourist was being driven around by an Indian chauffeur. The signal had just changed to Red from Amber but instead of slowing down; he raced and jumped the signal.

When the tourist expressed concern, he said “Don’t worry! You are with an Indian”.

At the next signal the lights changed to Green but he did not move. The tourist enquired “Why don’t you move? It’s Green”.

Driver says “Yep, lem’me wait a second, What if the driver on other side is an Indian?”

sorry about your accident. Rather go and get a second opinion if you are not happy, the hospital is not always right.

I had an accident myself this week on Wednesday morning the traffic lights changed to red quickly and I stopped but the man behind me in the pickup did not manage he hit me pretty hard and also I hurt my head on the rebound. My neck is still sore.

However, the pick up driver was most apologetic although he had scared the living daylites out of me.

The police took one and a half hours to come and I didn't want the ambulance because I was going to Hamad anyway.

My car, like yours, does not show much damage but the pick up was ruined at the front.

The problem is that most cars don't leave enough space so that if the have to stop urgently they can't.

My best friend just had an accident recently! the stop light turns red and she stopped, the guy behind her, driving a truck hit the rear of her car, her Tucson rear is completely wrecked! First thing in her mind is her 2 little girls 4 years old and 1 year old. Thanks "God" they are both alright! her elder girl was shocked and crying! little one didn't really know about it.

Had to wait for 2 weeks to have it fix.

And she's off, driving again after the car got fixed!

Judge not! that you be not judged!

I went to the hospital- in fact was taken there by authorities! Did not really want to go but had no choice. They just said- nothing is broken and if anything still hurts in a week come back. Not too helpful at all!!

I hope on revealing the nationality - this is not going to lead on to another round of bashing for nationality! :-(
