when i was a kid, my dad used to smoke in front of all of us, even sent me a couple of times to get him the ciggies. i never smoked. but whenever i smell tobacco, hmm it smells nice. :)
smoking in front of kids is not as bad as swearing..
Hell no.. in the long term passive smokers are known to suffer more that the smokers themselves.. what more kids.. Is is worth the risk even if u get contradictory views on this? I dont think so too..

All of people are knowing that smoking is a bad habit, bad for your health and bad for your kids (family). But why people are still smoking? What is special with bringing smoke into your body system? No matter with smoke infront of your kids or your parents, it is still a bad habit.

I don't smoke in front of my children as I don;t want to harm their health...2nd hand smoke is bad for non-smokers. Though my kids know I smoke, I make it to a point they don't see me or smell me...bad example to see their mommy smoking like a choo-choo train...lol
second question...why yes? because both of my parents smokes. I can't tell them to stop...but I make sure that:
= my parents don't smoke near (or in front) of their grandchildren
= they have their vitamins and supplements
= they eat healthy
= I make sure that they have their medical check-ups regularly.
That also goes for my children...
I do believe, bad habits must be hidden......i mean we shouldn't be proud on such habits.........It is better not to smoke or do any bad habitual acts in front of your kids...........& it is best to leave such habits.
first of all, i don't smoke. i think there's no harm with smoking in front of your parents. but i think there is with doing it in front of the kids. you'll be a bad influence to them and they will get the impression that smoking is not a bad thing.
