Went to the four seasons gym last night. Got fed up after 20 minutes. A lady was using one of the machines, whilst yakking loudly on her mobile phone all the time I was there. Don't people have any consideration for others anymore?
it's NOT ALLOWED to use the mobile while working out. They kindly ask you to leave it with the receptionist. I would also ask to leave with the receptionist YOUR VOICE or YOUR FRIEND.... because when two or more gals coming to gym "to exercise" they end up sitting on one of the machines and chatting and laughing... or even if they use the cardio while chatting, they walking slowly and loose…I doubt if it helps...you cannot concentrate on working out while you are chatting... i personally like to feel my every muscle when i am on the machine.. i guess it doesn't help too much when you just sitting in the GYM, even if you are doing it on the machine...you kindda have to put some efforts in, don't you? …

you should just inform her that you are waiting. next time do like this, typing your nail on the side of the machine till she get irritated. lOL

next time, suggest to the management or tell the attendant in that gym that MOBILE PHONE IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE AREA.
