OK - I know this is going to be impossible in Qatar, but we're throwing a surprise birthday party for a friend of mine (male) who is returning from a business trip to the USA. When he reaches home, he will open the door to a room full of screaming friends. But I'd also like to arrange a special gift - the equivalent of kissogram, perhaps not so raunchy given sensitivities here but upon similar lines.

Does anyone know if any such service exists here ?
Any ideas on what we could do ?
Would anyone on this forum volunteer (I'll pay)
