QTel not genuine offer?
Is it just me or is the recent offer from Qtel not genuine?
I got a text saying if I topped up my phone 50Qr I would get 50Qr free credit.
I did that but never got the extra 50QR credit. When I called the customer service desk they said I spent my extra 50qr credit. I only ever use 20Qr a month and this month is no exception.
Anyone else have the same problem?

I think you are referring to the recent promotion about Mobile Money double Credit. You won't get double credit by simply recharging as usual.
For this offer to work (valid upto 10/10/2012):
1) Register with Qtel Mobile Money - *140#
2) Goto any Qtel machine and load any amount QR50 or above.
3) Recharge your/any other Qtel number with 50 or above from your Mobile Money account (*140#) to get double credit.
I too got the same.... I have recharged for 50 several times within the offer period... I got the double amount as offer all the time!

Check *129*2# for bonuses, and *129*6# for free credit. That promo was between 1-3 october so if you topped up then you should have it! I got mine :)
your free credit and bonus are showing separately check *129*2# for bonus and *129*6# for free credit.
