Strange One!

Passed a TATA Bus yesterday, noon time, full of workers.
The Bus was for Al-XXXXXXX airconditioning Company. Funny thing, the bus didn't have an air conditioner, the poor workers were baking in the heat with the windows open..

in few of the camps they are not allowed to switch on the Condition before 6pm now that really sucks.

I don't think there is any law saying there should be airconditions in the buses. Even if there is a law, who is bother about it. If you visit labour camps in Industria area, you can see many rooms without airconditions....yes...they are money making machines...and the greedy employers are challenging the laws and the law of Allah....

Employees...

Its upon the Govt....if they dont care to take action on such vehicles then who would? How does such vechiles get permit year after year?

Even after the 15yrs ban for old vehicles from 2009 onwards such vehicles will continue to ply on the roads.....because the entire economy will come to a halt if such buses are replaced overnight.....according to some people.

According to others they live better than they live in their own country.....else they would go home....you see!

There are many school buses that transport children without AC...who cares....

Employees are not profit centers...only cost centers.. most of the companies here think so
