Vodafone Worst Service

1. Call Center agents are worst than Qtel. They dont know to answer an inquiry. They told me to visit a retail store when I asked them to convert my line to prepaid but when I'm in the retail store the agents in retail store told me that only the call center can do the conversion.
Qtel is better because you may visit their Qtel offices if their call center agents dont know how to answer your inquiry. Vodafone has no offices who can answer your inquiry.

2. Vodafone are not replying on my email for my request of recharge transaction record. I sent them my third email but they are still not replying. I emailed it to [email protected]

3. Call Center agents are rude specially that Filipina lady named Jen.

who else here are the victim of vodafone? Please raise your hand. We have to inform the public about their worst service.

Beware!!!! Do not be the next victim of Vodafone

Vodafone is the worst service ever! I was tempted into getting a sim card with their nice offers, except I had to call the call center 4 times and be spoken to by very rude people who were totally unhelpful. Then the last one told me to go to the shop.

When i went to the shop, the first thing the lady in there says was "You must call the call center to fix this problem". She was about to walk away from me then but I stopped her and told her I had already called 4 times.

I then had to wait in the shop for about an hour while she had to sort things out, I was given a temporary sim card, and I had to pay for it too! And now after over 1 week, my sim card still hasn't been activated.

I'm having a long rant here but I want to warn people, stay away from vodafone! Qtel is much better in every way, signal reception, value for money AND customer service

Sometimes a worst product can be covered-up by a good customer service. But the problem with vodafone they have both. Worst product and worst customer service.

My sim (vodafone) yet not working its already more than a week now been 3 times in store and called 3 times..they do say it will work tomorrow....i'm gonna stick my sim on the wall!!! They will call you with in 24-48 hours and tomorrow will work never came...

The question is if the product is not in working condition why they sale? are they cheating? forget about the service...

Its not about their technical status its about their customer service. Even a new company should have no excuse to neglect your inquiry.

when qtel was first launched in Qatar it was called "cable wireless" back then the mobile network did not even work in a moving car,, okaay it was alkatel providing network hubs,,

today vodafone releases and people hav issues, don't worry everything will be fine eventually, it's very typical for a new telecom provider to face these little problems.yes , they shud be prepared, but it's normal for any new organization to be established in theirs beggining days.

what we are forgetting here is, it's because of vfone, qtel also started offering new promos and plans,, so vfone wether functions or not , take it easy,, infact thank them .

"trying to make a call and does not connect" i think it takes more then that to make a real bad day .

So everyone can relax and enjoy the Eid holidays.

Eid Mubarak to all the qtel and vfone fans.

peace.

I have a Vodafone Flexiplan 330, bt I want to convert to Flexiplan 55... After sometime, if I wish, can I come back to Flexiplan 330 ?

until now they are not replying with my email about my recharge transaction,I already sent them four follow up emails. To whom should I talk to?

To those who are saying that vodafone has a good service, let's just wait for your sim to have problem and let's check if you will experience the same.

as i changed my FLEXIPLAN from 110 to 55 at their store in LULU HYPERMARKET. No doubt, it took few mins for them to do so but at the end it was done very peacefully and i left their store as "HAPPY CUSTOMER"

.

Very much happy being VODAFONE CUSTOMER

Perhaps we need to see two different area of services by both providers; '''Product''' & '''Service'''.

Product vice Vodafone has a bigger lead with its irresistible offers i.e. 50dhs p.m.; where as Qtel is bid complicated with the minimum term obligation for Shahry.

On the other hand Qtel servicing via Call centre is much more efficient than Vodafone. At least you can get through Qtel call centre immediately; whereas the only way to get vodafone call centre is by choosing Arabic language. Most of the time when I choose English either you wait for ages to get through or the call just gets disconnected write after the message 'your call will be recorded for quality purposes'. Moreover When you get connected to an Arabic Call Centre Agent, first things he ask why you did not choose English.

Well vodafone are having some challenges when recharging the account upon customer's request. It takes days to get credit. Presently I've been trying to upload my credits, according to the Vodafone call centre agent 'the recharge request queue is very long it could take 2 to 3 days to recharge'. Well! what is the point of having a product in your hand when it does not work when you need the most; especially when you are looking forward to greed your love once during Eid.

They have just adapted to the local environment by reducing their customer service levels. This is Globalisation with Localisation.

I am not impressed with Vodafone since I changed to their flexi plan. Three advisors said thet would call me back in 48 hours-never heard from them again!

I don't know about the services yet but I have bought two sim online.

First I have fill the necessary information to buy a sim for me and paid by credit card. Then after I have fill up to buy second sim for my friend, obviously I enter all information about him. But I used my credit card and account to buy both sim and now finally I found that the both sim card is on my friend's name not on my name....(even the first one)

At last when the sim is on hand not working "sim registration failed" called to call center, visited twice thrice to the store one is been sorted out after couple of days by being changed the sim and one is yet not working....called many time...visited twice...sometime says this sometime says that...seems I bought the sim to hang on the wall for show...so annoyed hmmmm!

i dont have much exp with them. But i visited their retail outlet in Landmark a couple of times. The guys were so freindly and polite, comparing with QTEL guys.

Yes I too have a problem to change my Flexiplan from one to another class. And they told me to talk to the Callcenter .

Do you say, it will be disaster to talk to call center ? pls dont scare me....!!!

I'm also expecting that they are much better than Qtel, but unfortunately they are not.

I think their problem is more on their employee than their system.

they should train their employees. We can understand about their system because they are still new here in Qatar. But being new is not an excuse to have stupid "customer's champion" they should have a good training before they are deploy to their job assignment.

I am expecting that too that they are much better than Qtel because they are internationaly recognized telecom provider. They have their system in different countries. But unfortunately here in Qatar, they are not.

I think their problem is more on their employee. they should train their "customer's champion"

Sorry, but they are better than QTEL, although that does not tell you much. If you got problems with them - remember that they are a new company in qatar. it takes time to set it up.
