Was thinking the same thing...although in NZ the preference is the Marino....the Welsh prefer the ones with maracas that 'click' when they walk lol.....I know what I mean lol

I guess Wales and New Zealand are very similar then. Must be all the sheep.

Haha, well as far back as i can remmember the All Blacks have been winning/losing all the time, the team and coaches alwlays changeing, they blame the coach too often in my opinion. But yea, i mean we seem to win the Tri Nations quite alot, but allways choke in the World Cup... Did you see that Epic England Wales game not so long ago i think a couple of months back and Wales came back in the second half to win, [please mind your language] that was awsome.

Don't talk to me about inconsistency! Wales are the most inconsistent team ever. Grand Slam one year, Wooden Spoon the next. I've had 30 years of anguish supporting them.

We can only win when it doesn't count and are way too inconsistant, the All Blacks care too much about their looks than playing skills, bunch of [removed by mod] pansies. Go Wales, and Argentina i say.

Nah, me neither, at the end end of the day, its good, harmless fun...but not in this country...I hesitate to say....yet?

lol - NZ dominated 7s rugby for years, and they dominate the 15-a-side game all the time except during World Cups!

Don't see why everyone thinks we are so good at rugby and Sevens, because we ain't.

Yeah, but fancy dress and booze in the stands? Can't see it myself. Shame.

tallg, nah, shame though, it could happen....and should happen considering Qatar is advertising itself as the 'Sporting Tourist' capital of the middle East...alas....I think not :(

Oh! Just remembered the excellent time I had at the rugby 7's in November 2003......Aaah memories.....wine bottles in buckets, plastic glasses, stealing the corporate rugby tops, face painting (smudged after a few bottles)...work in Abu Dhabi next day at 7.00am......aahhhh

By tallg• 7 Mar 2009 20:44

Nope, I think it was always planned for now! This is the World Cup, not the regular annual tournament in Dubai.

Have they moved it from November then?
