Answer from an Advocate

I work in a contracting company. About 3 years before we live in a company provided camp (Portable cabin or caravan)in abu samra.
It caught fire and everything lost. Including all my certificates. The company is not taking any responsibility.
Due to non availability of the certificates I am not getting any job. Wherever I go for an interview they are asking for the Certificates.
Regarding this can I claim for compensation from the company.
Please give me the best answer.
Regards
Alphonse
It's really a loss, but repairable. You have to apply for duplicates to your board/university to get copies of your academic certificates hopefully they will issue you duplicates after some formalities and you can ask for experience certificates from your previous and current employers.
Wow, that's a tough one. I'd say that you probably will not get much consideration after 3 years. You will have to replace them on your own.
