Do Qatari's Hate thier Children?

I can not tell you how disturbing it is to see a Qatari riding around in the stereo typical toyota Landruiser in the follwoing scinerio: So often I see the driver and other Adults strapped into thier seatbelts but the children jumping around the car or sitting in the drivers lap. In an accident who do you think will die first? The child that smashes against the window or the adult that is strapped safely in the seat belt? That makes no sense what so every. Oh and let's talk about the fact that the locals are the most impatient and unskilled drivers that drive way over the speed limit and try to push others off the road with thier modified halogen lights flashing. I feel so sorry for the possibility of harm being done to the children and wish them long lives. Maybe one day either thier parents or the goverment will realiaze thier terrible irrisponsibility. Do you think that Qataris will wake up and change this behavior in the near future?

I know that Qatar needs to enforce their laws and make it mandatory that all people (including Qataris) obey the driving and riding laws in Qatar. I have also witnessed children jumping around in the car, hands and head outside of the window while the car was in motion. Also babies on either the maids or mothers lap. We need this country to start educating parents, drivers so lives are saved.

that's right, drivers here are so impatient, if your car slows down for a while due to traffic or pedestrian crossing,or most importantly when u r driving with the specified speed limit for that road, the person in the land cruiser behind u will honk horn annoyingly and cross your car from the pavement in the center of the road. the traffic rules here are only for the training period but when u come on the road it is ur choice and no one would ask u why are u over speeding. how dangerous is this....and it seems that authorities don't mind accepting this illogical and harmful behavior of it's people which is likely to put everyone in danger on the road.

Hate is a strong word! Irresponsible maybe...
