how should i file my case to qatar labor court if i am not in qatar now ?

hi !

how should i file my case if i am not living in Qatar now ... actually i was on my annual leave and at the last day of my annual leave my company send me an e-mail of termination ,,, without giving any reason..however before leaving to my vocations everything was pleasant and normal in between me and company .... out of no where they changed their mind....

ive studied the Qatar labour law completely on Qatar embassy website... according to my understanding i can file a case against the company under the labour law article # 49, 50,67,68,73,74,75,85.......

need suggestions .. please

even they sent termination, if ur RP still valid u can come back to Doha then complain to MOL.

no trial in absentia for labor dispute, you must be in Qatar.
