Need some advise regarding salary bargaining..

Hello kabayan,
I'll be ending up my contract this coming May 2009,and i am waiting for an upgrade on my salary cap..may pinapapirma sa akin na employment contract,pero eto yung dati ko na employment contract,it is the same as it was,so i leave it a blank pa and not planning to sign until i get a fair bargain..
Need some advise mga 'tol..

Regarding your query on your next contract, just lay all your cards with your Manager. Set your needs and the present living condition here in Qatar. There's always a room for a good and healthy negotiation on a win-win situation. Demand what is reasonable based on the nature of your work and qualification.
