There are enough charities to help people in need in Qatar. Anyone 'begging' is fake and should be arrested and deported.
As per law you should call the police if you see one. if you are kind give alms to them. But if you give to one today tomorrow 100 of their members will show up.

the guy told me that they run out of money and cannot go back to the place they came from.. saudi or somewhere.. cannot remember that much..
i gave him 5qr, that time i dont have enough cash as i dont bring too much since i live somewhere near the villaggio..
all of a sudden to my shockness the guy demanded more.. more money!
considering that he has he's CAR and im just WALKING.......

helping needy and right people is a good job.
no harm to donate.
There is a saying "you should give from your right hand without the left knowing"
and the divine rule is "What you get is what you give"
And a humble request to you
In this ramadan if you dont wanna donate please dont stop others from it.
MOZAISMYHERO IS RIGHT
Beggars should be given jobs on the construction sites
