Will there be a problem if you do not come back from vacation?

One thing to keep in mind is that GCC states shares are co operating in the sharing more information from several data bases that are interlinked. So if you are running from problems here it may catch up to you in other GCC countries

you should resign in a proper way and leave the country, unless you have taken a loan from the bank.....

Ban you will get 2 years -whether you come back and leave or leave from home country -so that is by default unless you have loving relationship with your company or boss . But other GCC Countries are open for you to work .

with your present employer here in Qatar, let them be informed about your plans, and I think it can be arranged properly. Soniya is correct, who knows, there might be some more opportunities for you here in the near future.

Do the right thing. Good luck.

If you get a better job elsewhere in the GCC, what stops you from resigning the proper way and going?

You will be branded unreliable. Would I like to employ someone who's run away from his responsibilities. No.

nope... it's just that for example you will get a better job from other countries... is there a problem when you get a police clearance?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think if your Qatari RP is still valid, then you will not be able to get another RP in the GCC. Only after your current RP is cancelled/ expires, will you be able to process your new RP elsewhere in the GCC.

By soniya• 16 Aug 2010 09:23

bon, you will be banned to enter QATAR for 2yrs..
