can any one give me the location address of indian embassy,and wats the procedures involved in renewing my passport,wat all the documents i need,plz let me know how much tym will b taken for this renewal.??????
I suggest to renew it from Indian Cultural Society...they will take 8 working days, after then collect your passport with 10 years validity, and very nice thing is there no rush & lines for submitting...if u submit in Embassy they will give u temporary passport for one month, after then they will send your file india for police clearance, when they receive file after one month they will put a 10 years validity stamp. I renewed my passport from there last month only.
Requirements:-
1) 3 photos ( take 4 some time they ask an extra )
2) Sponsor Passport copy if its ur Husband or Kafeel whoever, if ur working in a company then take CR copy ( Commercial Registration ).
Submit this with passport application form thats it.

from LuLu road mall round about, from mall about straight after then first right....which live the main road.....keep going leave the first right.....when second right come u can see the board & Flag of Indian Cultural Society...

when you go from Mall round about to Gulf cinema signal, there is a small round about, turn left and then agian turn second right. you can see Indian flag on the left side, drive to that direction.
you may neeed to take 2-3 fotographs, your old passport. go early at 7 am. ( they stop issuing numbers at 10-30 ).
You have to fill the forms -- provided by the Emabssy -- correctly. Means, you have to go again next day with the filled up forms and submit the fees, which was arond 200.
Initially , within 3/4 days, they will give new passport with ONE year validity. Later they will send your details for verficatio to India and again give you extension of validiti to 10 years.
If you are coming from Toyoto Signal,take a right from Mall signal,left from the nest roundabout(next to the new Woqod),2nd right turn and 1st left..Indian Embassy should be on your right.....
Just take your old passport and some photographs....you will get the required forms at the Embassy..not sure about the timelines though

If there is change of address / spouse name inclusion you can also do that together. (i did both of this together when i renewed )
Charges around 200 Qr . Photograph format is important ( back ground colour)- check with them.
