compensating Kahramaa negligence

Kahramaa technician's faulty connection has caused short circuit resulting in permanent damage to several electrical items, acs, water heaters and computer. pls advice me how i can be compensated by kahramaa for their negligence.

I don't know how you can claim?, but give it a try!

Call kahrma call center 991 or register your claim on khrama website. I had good experience with them, they were friendly and responsive.
