In Qatar MES school conducting BCA courses from IGNOU.So she can transfer her credit to second year bca or contact BPS/Shantiniketan they too conduct distance education from Indian University in computer science. Second option is CNA Qatar comparatively expensive but will be very useful in job market in Qatar.

Either she can continue her study in India by visiting college during exam time and submitte her practical online.

In Qatar usually education is very expensive and productive in a sense that some forigon university also offering BS IT .firstely check the web site of Qatar university then CHN - University Professional Education

Virginia Commonwealth University-Qatar .and check at google type list of universities at doha for BS then u ll get .further more she can try for on line education as well .

I dont think that she can complete her B.SC., IT course final year by staying here in Qatar. If she was undergoing her studies under distance education and her university has an authorised centre here in qatar then there's a chance.

Try calling advanced computer centre, i guess they are offering courses from indian universities. Best of luck.
