anyone need to exchange Rs 180,000 avaiable in Bangalore with the same amount in QR in Doha.

Actually,

India does not have free currency system.

Unlike Qatar,Saudi,UAE,Oman,US,UK...

So it cannot be transfered to Doha from India directly.

But i think... they can make a bank draft and mail it to u but then again i think, there is some restrictions and rules to be followed.
