I have been living in Ezdan village 4 and have completed few months of contract . I will be there till December 2010 which is 6 months less than contract period.If i leave the place and visa is cancelled , will Ezdan let me go without penalties ? Or will they take 3 months rent from me ?

if you bring another one to complete the contract with EZDAn you will not have any problem, they will change the contract with his name and he will complete, and you can leave without any problem.

what kind of flat you take (one or two bed room flat), if one i need one at the same time, so i can take it and complete the contract.

Read and understand your contract with them fellow.

Anything beyond contract should be implemented once you agreed and signed.
