my sister's under her husband sponsorship, she recently signed a job contract without transfering her visa. She wants to resign for some valid reasons. Does she have any liabilities with the company? Can they sue her using the signed contract? As far as i know, she has no obligation to stay or whatsoever with that company. Only serious answer please. Thank you.

As far as i BELIEVE and KNOW, Women under husband's sponsorship have no bonds to contracts. They can leave / switch jobs without any prior notices.
