the official yamaha dealer in doha is 51 east, next door to jarir book store (up stairs). They have good selections you can choose from electric clavinova or yamaha U series.
There is a Shop next to Clock Roundabout check there they have everything about music.
There is one more shop on bin mehmood street you might find it there too.
I know where to get a piano teacher.. but the piano?...
