i need your feed back, im willing to purchase Qmiles, but I've heard that some people back-stab (scam) in stuff like these does anyone anything about this?

I've found a person that would sell me and we will arrange a day to meet and go to Qatar airways office and purchase of him the qmiles, will there be any risks?
