You can approach the immigration authorities with her passport and the will stamp her passport with "CANCELLED" but here she can not enter for two years or you can approach the authorities for exclusion with instructions from you to send her back home if you do not have her passport
Last option is to keep out the country for more than 6 months but you can still get an approval to re-enter to Qatar after these 6 months if you approach the airport immigration authorities and pay QR 500.-
