Having wasted loads of time going to Madinat Khaliffa then (as directed) airport police, I am now told to go to Duhail!!
Please let me know what are the Ramadam times for number plate change at Al Duhail and if they are working Saturday?
(could not find any answers to this Q posted before).

Better to go after ramadan. I got my istimara on 19th july and i was replied that my car no will be ready after ramadan.
