They are renting it out for QR 9,000/-.However After speaking with AL-Asmakh office, they told if I found some one who can take over my contract, You can pay QR 8,000/- for one year contract. But they are asking for QR 8,000/- commision for their office.

But the villas are for qatar airways employees only. I think the compund is managed by al-asmakh group, so you can speak to somebody at al-asmakh. You can find their phone # in the classfied section of gulf-times.com
