There is a website where you can check the status, if you have the credentials, which I never had. Not sure if it is only for the clearing agents.

It normally happens when your shipment arrives and hire a clearing agent. When the clearing agent submits your information, you receive a message like this. I picked up my shipment yesterday, had to wait 5 hours after receiving the message.
