...Women's Hospital

darling
By darling

..HI everyone, good morning. Anyone here knows the working time in opening a file at Women's Hospital? I called this number 439 6666, the contact number given from Qtel but i was so disappointed to the operator. She just ignored me and hanged up my call on the line and then suddenly cut. I just simply and politely asked " May I know the time you are open if i start a file there"? That was my question...im really so disappointed,,,,,,,,,,,WOMEN's HOspital Telephone Operator should learn more how to be polite in answering calls..

Most of the HMC Units operate actively between 7:00am to 1:00pm and please don't mind the operator, since most of them can't understand complex English. It might sound simple to you but turst me they will have to reffer to dictonery to understand what you are asking for.

Its better you give a personal visit rather than calling. Make sure you carry the following:

1. ID Card (Both Husband & Wife)

2. Passport Copy (Both Husband & Wife)

3. Marriage Certificate (Both Husband & Wife)

Hello Darling,

Sorry for the delay in replying.

Well, HMC is good at its service but you have to remember its serving general public and is over loaded most of the time. There might be some delay but for sure they are doing there best and I am sure you will be fully saticisified with our service.

As said by one of our staff above ("homeopath"), if you find any delays or if you think you need any assistance, please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to help you out.

May Allaha bless you with a healthy baby and may he bring all the glory in your life - Ameen...

better go to private clinic like Doha Clinic or Family Clinic both in Al Nasr Street. They are pretty good. Still lack of English for the Operator but atleast the Doctor was good.
