4 week Childbirth Education Class for expectant moms. Saturdays from 3:30-5:30pm starting March 7th. Riviera Gardens. Please e-mail me at [email protected] for registration or to ask any questions.
We will cover physiology of birth, relaxation techniques for labor, birth plans, risk and benefits of most common medical procedures, baby care, and much more.
There will be a bonus class for those interested in natural parenting techniques such as baby wearing, cloth diapers, co-sleeping…
Class is QR800
This class is ladies only.
I am certified through the International Childbirth Educators association as an educator and a doula/doula trainer.
There will be a new class starting the beginning of each month. Please wait to take the class until you are at least 5 months pregnant- Thanks!
