Announcement for QL Billiards Group Members
Dear members,
As of now QLBG has reached 100 members!! Thanks for all your support and i hope you guys have been having a good time with the meet ups and tournaments that took place in the past. To keep the fun rolling I've a new announcement to make.
Starting next month the group will have a monthly tournaments for 8 ball, 9 ball and snooker players. To participate in this tournament members will have to have attended at least 3 group meetings during the month. At the end of every month we will pick a billiards club and have our tournament to crown our Monthly QLBG Champion.
The winner will receive a trophy. This trophy will be a rolling trophy, which means the champion is only allowed to keep the trophy for One month until the next monthly tournament is held. At the next tournament the Champion must defend his/her title and is not required to go through the whole elimination process.
Terms and Conditions:
1. All participants must have attended 3 previous gatherings in order to take part in the Inter Group Tournament.
2. The tournament is open only to group members.
3. The champion must be present to defend his/her title at the next tournament. If he/she fails to do so he/she will automatically lose the title.
4. If the champion is able to win and retain the trophy three times in a row he/she will be entitled to keep the trophy.
5. There will be 3 rolling trophies for 8 ball/9 ball/Snooker.
6. There are no entry fees for these tournaments however playing charges of the clubs will be divided equally among the participating players.
7. If a member is not present during the first elimination round he/she will not be allowed to take part in the tournament at a later day.
