Dear Volunteer,
Finally we are meeting at PITSTOP sharp at 4:00pm.
Date and Time:
Start: Sunday 28 Sep 2008 - 15:00 (3:00pm)
End : Sunday 28 Sep 2008 - 18:00 (6:00pm)
Where:
PITSTOP next to KFC (After Family Food Center) - Airport Road.
I kindly request all the QL Volunteers to be there on Time i.e. Sharp 3:00pm, since we need to do lots of packing stuff. Once we are ready with the packing we will make 4 groups and then we will all move to our distribution points accordingly.
Kindly note that we will start the distribution of 'Iftar' packets at 5:15pm.
SPECIAL NOTE TO ALL DONORS:
Please drop your stuff /-a-t-/ 3:30PM on the above location. Kindly confirm to me thru PM what items you are bringing and how much quantity ? THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT for us to know since we will need to pack all the items accordingly.
