Hi, I want to go game fishing within the next two weeks before i leave. Any advice?

I want to do some fishing before I leave Qatar, I looked at the tour companies, but they don't seem to offer specialised fishing trips. These tour companies just don't seem quite convincing. I lived in Oman for 8 years and had two boats of my own which i chartered to a tour company and would also take clients out also. So, I know what I want, need and expect. Any ideas or advice, would be appreciated.
