Reminds me when MagicDragon came out the topic about astronauts and Arabs. I also didn't notice any huge satellite dishes around here. Usually these types of structures were built to study astronomy, climatology/meteorology, geology, oceanography and volcanology. I usually get fascinated back home whenever I pass through nearby hills and see those satellite dishes and observatories around. It always makes me remember Earth science studies and the stars and nebulaes.

They told me there was an Observatory in Dubai that 'offers' dishes the price of a satellite. LOL

So, uhh, what's the Qatar Science and Technology Park (QSTP) for again?
