Finaly I got an answer.... I went to Traficdept on Thursday I told them about my problem and they are very nice to understand me and accepted to renew that papers...

All that u need in such cases, if you have a genuine reason.... go to Traficdept.. they will put stamps (QR 6 each) then they signed and staped on it......
