I used to pay my part time cleaner QR 20 per hour for the one day she worked for me plus another QR 20 each way for the taxi (even though she walked!). I don't know if this was cheap or expencive, it was just what she asked for and it was okay for me.
My place was a 5 bed villa and it took her 7 or 8 hours. I doubt it would take so long for smaller apartment.
