Don't know for three bedrooms but I can share my experience with a one bedroom. I leave one of the A/Cs on all day and at night I sleep with the other one on. I don't cook, so no electricity spent on the stove. I use the microwave, though. And I have a small fridge and washing machine. I spend QR250 per month on both water and lights.
