Depends on your laptop model, the old ones used to have a recovery CD with them. Put it in your CD-Rom and restart the laptop and then press any key to boot from CD and then follow the instructions.

If you created a recovery CDs or DVDs already using the recovery software coming with the laptop, then you can use those to recover it.
