U can approach any fisherman in Corniche... if you know the place where they sell fish in Corniche... behind that there is a Marina, you can chk out there.

They will charge you anything between 300-500 approx.
I suggest you go with any asian friend if you don't speak
Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil.
