You may get a good room worth 1,500 to 3,000 QR, but it really depends on location, in fact you may share in a room so that so will not spend much in accommodation. About tranportation, car lift here mostly charge 300 - 1000 monthly, but it depends on dropping point, if it's near to your accommodation then it's lesser the cost.
The bottom line is about how much you may gonna save? Well.. it depends in your life style.
