2 Understand tht... u need 2 understand history first... Not tht i know 100% of it, but i guess it sounds right. The Brits used 2 rule over India... they brought in their rules and regulations even for driving, for which till date... its been followed. But if u look at the GCC... Learning and education was cut off to the middle-east by the Othaman's time, he used to keep all the scholars & teachers within his empire and neva bothered to depart education to the remaining middle east... All the proof of this is very well laid in Turkiya (Turkey). And all the scholars where brought from the far west where, he thought (Othaman) were the best teachers and providers 4 education... But sadly... the western influence slowly creeped in and b4 u know it... all the rules and regulations r laid keeping a western touch 2 it.
