I don't think there are any available here. Most westerners come here with their training completed, certificates already in hand, and most Filipinas and other nationalities who do hair in the salons either get their training on the job here or got it back home before coming here.

It would be a nice idea to have one here, though. I suspect that many salons would send their staff for refresher courses, and a lot of people who wanted to change careers would be interested in enrolling as well.
