Just find an ATM machine bearing the logo of VISA ELECTRON.. regarding your US account - make sure that the bank where your account is informed before making any transaction otherwise your transaction will be denied.. it happened to me before, then i called the bank (in US) and they told me that the transaction was not authorized because i did not informed them that i was travelling.. it's for security purposes to prevent fraud and laundering they said..
