There is the insecticide called "Baygon" its very good but you have to spray the entire furnitures (Bed, springs, foam, pillows & cases, handle, rails, chair, sofas, cupboards) any place dark and hidden, why I put the pillows is because they get to hide at the seem line(thread line) where its being sewn.
Make sure you dry all your clothings in the sun for the next 2 days while you fumigate the furnitures and beddings.
Bear in mind that during this fumigation with the insecticide, it should be done outside and leave it there in tyhe sun, go to work and come back to take it in, try to spray less on the next day and keep in sun as well, go and do your daily activities and have them back inside.
Be careful with Taxi's and who you sit with, your car should be sprayed or take it for a complete car wash internally, cos they can hide in the sit and they crawl up to you clothe all day and when you get home they crawl back to where they feel comfortable.
*Remember if one eventually comes back inside, then there is war again.

Another great substitute for the spray they use back in Africa is the Kerosine.
mind you, the bugs are not friends with Sun cos it burns them, the blood that they've sucked from you dried and for this they die, the spray is to decrease them but they rise up again if they are still moist and with the help of the new eggs (all white) they come back and it will be war, so spray and dry them in the sun, THERE THEY CAN NEVER SURVIVE.
MAKE SURE YOUR CLOTHES ARE ALL CLEAN, DO NOT KEEP DIRTY OR SMELLY CLOTHES!!!
Please spray your house in the morning and get out, cover you nose while spraying
cover every part, don't worry about the kitchen, they do not stay there, smoke and heat will kill them.

Hope it helps!!!
