..as per my experience, the immigration can issue family visit visa under your sponsorship if and only if you have the same FAMILY NAME with the person you want to take in here. If you cannot process a family visit visa then apply for the alternative, apply for Tourist visa for 1 month through agents,, there are lots of agencies processing visa in town.
