What I know is that Metal Lathes ( in Arabic = Makhrata )do these repairs, however I do not know where here in Qatar. Try to ask in industrial area. As far as I remember, they usually clamp the wheel on a holder and a skilled technician marks the dented area with a marker. Then they expose the dented areas to heat source/torch before he starts hammering the dented areas. Then he lets the wheel spin and a special mandrel removes very thin layers. Then it should be machine polished. He should after that, clamp the wheel on a balance, and it should be balanced (a machine same like the one in new tyre/wheel shops).
