Ur vacation leave is as per ur contract. Like, if u have signed up for a contract tht shows, 11+1, means... u wud b having 11months of work and 1 month of leave (Consisting 30days) else, it depends on rotation, like 3+1 Which means, 3 months work and and the 4th month leave... Check ur contract, if u havnt got one, inquire with ur administration dept. of ur dept.
