Finally found it after looking forever. There is a pharmacy that has it in City Centre (I forget the name).. just bought tons of it this weekend. Its on the Carrefour level ... Prior to carrefour and prior to the haagen daaz kiosk.... Small pharmacy but they carry a lot of the differen palmer's products. I paid 25 QAR for a tube and it came with a free post-natal tube as well.
