I have been using Imigran Tablets....easily available in most of the Pharmacies. But its only for instant relief...works as a pain killer. Its not the cure. Better go for a doctor...I would recommend you the World Renowned Dr. Saadat, Consultant Neurology Department, Hamad General Hospital...he prescribed me a six weeks course and it really worked.
