There is a airport/visa office at C ring road ( front side of the airport parking ). There is KEO international building and small road next to that .Go little inside and ask people . They open 24 hrs all days. Please go personally and check. Good Luck. I am new in Qatar and hard time to explain the people exact location . You can check with your friends .
